Request account and data deletion

Use this page to request deletion of your A La Commode account and associated personal data. You can submit a request without installing the app or signing in.

The administrator will verify ownership before processing it. We will not ask for your password or social-login credentials. A request does not delete your Google, Apple, or Facebook account.

What deletion covers

After ownership is verified, the administrator removes the app account and sessions, personal profile links, reviews, uploaded photos, and personal information in contributions and support requests. Public bathroom facts obtained from independent public sources can remain without your account attribution.

Recovery copies and retained records

Processing includes reviewing stored recovery copies for your personal data. Submitting this form does not automatically remove live data or backups. If a specific record must be retained for security or a legal obligation, we will explain the reason and applicable retention period when responding to your request.
